02Install notes
What to tell the installer
A four-point standoff install that works on most exterior walls. The main thing to plan is where the power connects.
Before the install
- Confirm the mounting surfaceBrick, stone, stucco, siding and wood are all workable with the right anchors.
- Plan the power runThe plaque runs on 110V to 220V AC. Plan a weatherproof connection point close to the mounting spot.
- Check the sightlineFrom the street or the drive, so the address reads at the distance the customer needs.
On the day
- Mark the four holesHold the plaque level against the wall and mark through the corner holes before drilling.
- Set the standoffsDrill, seat the anchors, fix the standoff bases, then fit the plaque and screw on the caps.
- Connect and testLand the supply in a weatherproof junction and test the light before final tightening.
Stainless steel standoffs, anchors and screws come in the box with every plaque.
